He has cross-examined investigating officers and advised on abuse of process applications in high profile disciplinary proceedings, and conducted substantial legal research on difficult questions of privilege and public interest immunity.
Aaron’s experience in public law and human rights, regulatory cases and police law enables him to approach criminal matters from a fresh perspective. He has acted for high profile corporate clients in relation to civil investigations and inquests. He has extensive cross-examination experience.
