Emma Sutton and Rhys Hadden have both been appointed by the Welsh Government to its “A Panel” of Junior Counsel for Public Law

We are delighted to announce that Emma Sutton and Rhys Hadden have both been appointed by the Welsh Government to its “A Panel” of Junior Counsel for Public Law. The appointment is for a period of 5 years starting on 1 March 2021 and will involve advising and representing the Welsh Government in cases which complement Emma and Rhys’ current practice of constitutional and administrative law, education (including law pertaining to further and higher education institutions), local government, public inquiries, inquests and tribunals, health (including the NHS in Wales), mental health, mental capacity, social care law, and human rights.
