Chris Johnston QC will be leading an open discussion about experts with John de Bono QC, Heidi Knight and Jamie Mathieson – as well as our delegates. Practical examples will be given of both good and bad expert approaches. Recent judicial criticisms of experts will be outlined. The aim is for a thorough, lively and informal debate to provide strategic solutions for handling experts in future litigation.
