2nd September 2015
Serjeants’ Inn Chambers will be hosting two seminars by Bridget Dolan and Briony Ballard, two experienced inquest counsel, both of whom also edit the Inquest Law Reports and sit as Assistant Coroners.

Cases covered will include:
The overriding consideration of fairness
Insufficiency of inquiry and expert evidence
“Sufficient reason” for a discretionary jury
Art 2 – Lewis under challenge
Recovering the costs of inquests
