Michael Mylonas QC interviewed by The Times as Lawyer of the Week

Michael Mylonas QC is featured as The Times’ Lawyer of the Week this week following his recent appearance in An NHS Trust v Ms X for a psychiatric trust which successfully applied for a declaration that it was lawful not to detain and force feed an anorexic patient.
Speaking about the case, Michael comments that “it is humbling to be involved in these decisions where the focus is on the right answer rather than the win”. Conrad Hallin was also in the case, representing the Official Solicitor as litigation friend to the patient.
