Michael Mylonas QC was interviewed for Joshua Rozenberg’s excellent BBC Radio 4 documentary about the Christian Legal Centre and the Alfie Evans case.
Michael represented Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust throughout the case (Susanna Rickard was also instructed as junior on the appeal to the Supreme Court. and Sophia Roper was instructed by CAFCASS to act for the Child’s Guardian appointed by the Court).
