Corporate manslaughter investigation following Bridget Dolan QC representing the parents at an inquest

Humberside Police have just announced that, following the inquest into the death of Sally Mays, their investigation into perverting the course of justice will now be widened to a corporate manslaughter investigation. Bridget Dolan QC represented Sally’s parents at the inquest into death in October 2015 where the “neglect” and “lamentable” failures of Trust staff were revealed.
