- whether corporate wrongdoing should be a matter for the civil courts, considering alternatives to criminal enforcement
- operation of the mixed criminal/civil enforcement regime relating to money laundering, insider dealing and market abuse under FSMA 2000, the Market Abuse Regulation and the Money Laundering Regulations 2017
- whether holding corporates to account in a civil-only context would be another practical alternative to the options currently under consideration
