Sarah Clarke QC prosecutes “Fake Forex Trader”

Sarah Clarke QC prosecutes in ground breaking FCA case in which “Fake Forex Trader” Alex Hope was convicted and sentenced for Perverting the Course of Justice relating to breaches of his Restraint and Confiscation Order. Sarah has already successfully prosecuted the same defendant for his original multimillion pound Ponzi fraud. The case has received wide spread media coverage and is the first time that the FCA has prosecuted this offence in respect of this type of conduct.
