Michael Walsh joined 3 Sergeants’ Inn Chambers in March 2013 from 9 Gough Square, and continues to specialise in all areas of clinical negligence and personal injury on behalf of both claimants and defendants. Michael has particular experience of fatal and catastrophic claims, including birth injury, brain injury, and delayed diagnosis of cancer claims; as well as claims arising out of orthopaedic, vascular, and gastro-intestinal surgery, systemic failures within treatment centres, and NHS indemnity disputes. With a wealth of experience in both clinical negligence and personal injury matters of significant complexity and/or value, Michael has a broad range of trial experience, and adds to the depth and strength of our Clinical Negligence and Healthcare team.
