Mark Harries QC quoted in The Times in relation to the Mark Mansell proceedings

Mark Harries QC quoted in The Times piece today in relation to the Mark Mansell proceedings which were stayed last week: “a regulatory process to examine solicitors’ physical or mental health and their capacity to practise would support lawyers and protect the public”.
Mark is instructed in the challenge to the SDT’s decision to strike off Claire Mathews (instructed by Gideon Habel and Emma Walker at Leigh Day).
