Inquest into the death of Head Teacher Ruth Perry concludes

The Inquest into the death of Head Teacher Ruth Perry has concluded with the Senior Coroner making extremely critical and causative findings against Ofsted. PFD reports will be sent to Ofsted and Reading Borough Council.
Paul Spencer and Robyn Reed of DAC Beachcroft represented the Mental Health Trust and Michael Walsh and Richard Creamer of Gordons Partnership represented the GP practice. No critical findings were levelled against the Mental Health Trust or GP service.
