Inquest into the death of Asiah Kudi concludes: Debra Powell KC acted for the City Council

Brighton and Hove Coroner’s Court has concluded that the death of baby Asiah Kudi was an unlawful killing. The 20-month-old girl tragically died after being left unattended.
The court found that professionals involved in the case could not have predicted the tragic outcome. Debra Powell KC represented the City Council, instructed by Sandra O’Brien, in-house legal.
