Gerry Boyle ranked one of the UK’s top 100 juniors

11th December 2013

Gerry Boyle has been ranked one of the top 100 juniors in the UK by The Chambers Bar 100, which commented:

Gerard Boyle is especially well known for his successes in the clinical negligence, professional discipline and police law fields. On the discipline side, he’s appointed to the Standing Panel to Prosecute Cases before the Bar Standards Board, and is known for handling police and medical misconduct cases. He recently acted on behalf of the Metropolitan Police in a disciplinary case brought against PC Rice, the Home Secretary’s personal protection officer, who had had an affair with the Home Secretary’s wife. “Highly committed, hard-working and someone with an effortless style,” he “knows which points to take and which to concede.”
