Anthony Haycroft acts for Forensic Medical Examiner cleared of sexual assault

Anthony Haycroft represented a forensic medical examiner accused of 3 counts of sexual assault on a BUPA nurse during a full health screening examination in a trial in the Chester Crown Court. She accused him of conducting a breast examination without consent and prolonged rubbing of his groin against her. The doctor gave evidence and the jury acquitted him of all 3 counts after deliberating for less than 45 minutes.
