At the conclusion of a 14 day case before the Fitness to Practise panel of the GMC, a hospital doctor accused of sexual assault on a patient in an Accident and Emergency Department was cleared of allegations of indecent assault and his fitness to practise was found to be not impaired. The doctor was represented by Andrew Hockton, instructed by Angela Pilling and Bansari Patel of Ryan Solicitors.
