Overview

Daniel Kemp began his career as a barristers’ clerk in 1994 and joined Serjeants’ Inn in July 2026. As Director of Clerking, and working closely with the CEO, Daniel provides strategic oversight and leadership of practice management, client relations and service delivery in chambers.

Daniel is a member of the Institute of Barristers’ Clerks and the Legal Practice Management Association.

Outside of work, Daniel is actively involved in grassroots rugby union [girls & boys] at a local community rugby club; serving as a volunteer and referee, and former Youth Chair, Executive committee member and youth coach for over a decade.
