We are delighted to have been ranked as a leading set again this year in the latest edition of Chambers & Partners. Serjeants’ Inn Chambers is recommended as Band 1 for Police Law and for Professional Discipline and Regulatory Law and as a leading set for Clinical Negligence; Court of Protection and Product Liability. 40 of our members are individually recognised as leaders in these fields as well as in Administrative & Public Law; Inquests & Public Inquiries; Financial Crime and Financial Services, and seven members have risen in the rankings this year.
New recommendations are Fiona Paterson for her Court of Protection work, Heidi Knight for Clinical Negligence, Sir Robert Francis QC and Briony Ballard who are both recommended for Inquests & Public Inquiries and Sarah Clarke who is ranked as a leading junior in the new Financial Crime section.
