Rad Kohanzad appears in the Employment Appeal Tribunal in an important appeal addressing an employment tribunal’s duty to make reasonable adjustments

Rad Kohanzad represented the successful Respondent in CPS v Fraser where the EAT has given Judgment dismissing the Appellant’s appeal. The case is the first of its kind, addressing the extent to which an employment tribunal has a duty to make reasonable adjustment to proceeding and in the exercise of its judicial function.
