On 29 July 2014 Clare Hennessy successfully defended an actuary accused of dishonesty in relation to alleged cheating in his exams. The panel did not find dishonesty or misconduct proven. Clare was instructed by Simon Gomersall of RadcliffesLeBrasseur.
