Angus Moon QC successfully defends an application for judicial review relating to a Health Trust’s internal investigation following a death in a mental health hospital. The Claimant had said that the Trust’s investigation had contravened the principles laid down by the investigatory obligations under Article 2 ECHR. The Administrative Court dismissed the claim in a detailed judgment handed down on 10th October 2013.
