Client Care Executive


Emma is part of our Client Care Team, working alongside Isabel Biggs, Celia Davies, and Mehak Hussain operating in all areas of Client Care initiatives.

Emma joined Serjeants’ Inn in February 2022. She is involved in website updates, social media management, event planning, and other marketing activities.

Emma graduated with a BA in Communications, Marketing and Public Relations from Richmond, the American International University in London in December 2021 . During her degree, Emma did an internship managing the social media channels for a campaign for female safety in the UK. This experience combined with her curiosity and eagerness to learn led her to the legal sector. Whilst her interest in marketing is wide, she has taken advantage of her Liberal Arts degree by taking cultural as well as practical courses such as sound production or Worlds of Music.
