Sarah Clarke speaks at CDR Spring Litigation Symposium 2015

Sarah Clarke was part of a panel chaired by Ali Sallaway of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer that discussed a session titled “A new tightrope: balancing the needs of civil, regulatory and criminal litigation for corporates and individuals.”
The panel examined the tougher enforcement on regulation, what impact individual findings of misconduct will have on collective actions for compensation and how discovery issues should be managed.
The other panellists were Nimisha Agarwal of Taylor Wessing and Roger Stewart QC from 4 New Square.
