Serjeants’ Inn has been at the forefront of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) development since its inception. Our former head of Chambers, Philip Naughton KC was a pioneer in this area and gave up much of his time over the years in promoting mediation and educating others.
A number of our tenants are trained mediators and all members of Chambers have experience of mediation advocacy in their practice areas.
We aim to work with our clients in providing effective ADR appropriate to each individual’s needs. Our mediators bring extensive specialist knowledge and litigation experience to the process, seeking to help their clients reach the right settlement in the mediation context.
