Paul Spencer acts for the defendant in R v GCH (Burrows House) Limited

Paul Spencer and Dee Scott of LHS Solicitors acted for GCH (Burrows) Limited who were sentenced by the Recorder of Croydon to fines of £30,000 for 3 offences of breaching the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
The defendant admitted serious system failures following a fire at the care home in 2013 that resulted in admission of one of its resident to the ICU of the local hospital.
