Amy Street in Court of Appeal: mental health and deprivation of liberty

The Court of Appeal is hearing an appeal against the decision of Charles J in PJ v A Local Health Board and Others [2015] UKUT 0480 (AAC), concerning community treatment orders and deprivation of liberty.

Amy Street is junior counsel for the Appellant Welsh Ministers.

The case is being heard together with the appeal in MM v (1) WL Clinic and (2) MHU [2015] UKUT 644 (AAC), concerning conditional discharge and deprivation of liberty.
